- The legendary Air Max 1 was where it all began, back in '87 a man named Tinker Hatfield produced what has to be one of the most recognisable classics of all time. The revolutionary Nike Air unit was introduced in 1979 but was only made visible in 1987, it was soon to become one of Nike's most iconic of features and still is to this day. This pair comes in a desert tan suede leather upper with tonal durable mesh underlays, boasting the OG flair that made the original so iconic. The iconic visible air unit is installed to the back along with a black outsole underneath the bold, smooth sole for that signature look. They are finished with Nike Air branding to the tongue and heel along with the slick swoosh to the sidewall.
