Returns and Refunds
Returning items to us couldn’t be easier! Just head to one of our stores to return your order for FREE or visit our returns portal here and arrange a return!
Items you decide not to keep.
Not quite right? No problem, you can return items you decide not to keep within 28 days providing these items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached and in a resaleable condition. If an item is returned back to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we wont be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. All items are inspected on return.
If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged product, please contact us (provide your order number, email address and contact telephone number) so we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.
1. Complete a return form which can be found in your package. Cant find it? Simply write down the details of your order from your order confirmation email and pop it in the parcel. Please include order number, email address, full address and postcode and the details of the item (s) you are returning and the reason why.
2. If you are returning a gift, include the purchasers name, email and address.
3. Return securely packaged items to the address on the return form by the carrier of your choice or visit our returns portal on site to choose your nearest drop off location
4. We will refund, to your original payment method, for the amount you paid for the items. Shipping charges are non-refundable on part returned orders. If you order is returned in full you will receive the shipping charge back.
5. We aim to refund you within 48/72 hrs of having received the returned item(s)
6. Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty. Underwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact. Pierced jewellery is non-refundable.

If you’ve paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. If you have bought an item in store, you can return for an exchange only.
Unfortunately, we can't refund orders paid by PayPal/Apple Pay/Klarna/Clearpay back in store. We will send your parcel back to our returns centre and your refund will be processed once we have received your parcel.

The length of time it takes for your order to get back to us depends on the method of return you choose. If you’re able to return your order to a store and obtain a refund, you’ll usually see the funds in your account within 5-7 days.
If you’re returning your order to our Returns Centre, returns take up to 10 days
Once our Returns Centre have received your return and it’s been accepted, they’ll send you a confirmation email and process a refund.Please allow up to 5 days for this to show in your account, depending on your payment method.
Certain products we sell may have a slightly different returns policy but we’ll let you know about this in the product description.
Underwear and Swimwear can be tried on but please do so over your own underwear if you’re thinking of returning. If this doesn't appear to have been done we won't accept them back.
If you've paid using PayPal, you can't return your order to a store. This includes exchanges.
We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us.From Monday 1st November you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange up until Sunday 23rd January 2022 as long as they are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.We are not able to process refunds or exchanges in store between the dates of 26th and 28th December
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase for free to one of our stores.
When you head in Store please take your receipt and the goods you want to return, the team will be happy to assist and get your refund/exchange processed as soon as possible.
Please note a refund can take between 3-5 working days for the money to return to your account.
We are sorry you haven't received a despatch note with your delivery.
We are not able to provide you with a copy of the despatch note at present, however, if it's a proof of purchase or receipt you're looking for, your order confirmation email is just as good.
